Shipping within Singapore

Orders will be shipped out within 3 working days except for pre-orders. Tracked courier service will be used and Hammy Potter will not be liable for any delays caused by the third-party logistics (3PL). Please contact the 3PL's customer service if you experience any delays or missing parcel once your order has been picked up by them. Always double-check your delivery address and contact number. Hammy Potter will not be held responsible for delayed, lost, detained parcels due to the buyer's provision of incorrect information.
